Vw Jetta 5 Speed 020 & 02y Gearbox Bearing Rebuild Kit 8valve

This rebuild kit is for the 020 & 02y gearbox. This kit is equiped with the necessary bearings, gaskets and oil seals required to rebuild the gearbox. There are two bearings which are not included in the rebuild kit, these bearings very rarley fail, most reconditioners do not change these bearings which are the mainshaft & layshaft needle rollers. The package consists of 1 x layshaft rear bearing, 1 x mainshaft front bearing, 1 x mainshaft centre bearing, 2 x differential bearings, 1 x gearbox gasket set, 1 x complete oil seal set. THESE PARTS ARE FOR THE 020 & THE 02Y GEARBOX WHICH IS A ROD CHANGE GEAR SELECTION. THIS IS A VW MANUFACTURED GEARBOX AND HAS A GREEN 5TH GEAR CAP WITH (VW) STAMPED ON IT. ALL OTHER PARTS FOR THIS GEARBOX ARE AVAILABLE IN THE VW GOLF SECTION.
